Been in this store so many times since moving locally and have never been greeted. I'll stick to online shopping.

I had to actually say hi, how are you going?. Then the two staff continued talking to each other not a offer of help until. When I was exiting the store the lady said do u need a hand, then continued to say is your belt fake.

Especially the full time stuff that work there are unfriendly and unhelpful. They can be very insulting and rude to the customers. It’s shocking. I will never go and spend my money there again, and I strongly advise customers to shop instead in Bondi, or North Shore or anywhere except Pagewood Eastgardens Witchery store. The ladies that work there all deserve to loose their jobs considering how they treat their customers. I would give them a zero for customer service, but the reviews are not letting me, so I’m giving them 1 star too much.
